What is your Cancelation Policy?

If Cancelation occurs 24hrs before the tour date, then the customers get a full refund. If cancelation occurs after the 24hours you get a 50% refund, note any cancelation after 48 hours the customer is not eligible for a refund, Howevere they are to reschedule for anothe tour date. Rescheduling at a later date is based on the availability and space. You can only Reschedule a tour one time.

How many times can we reschedule?

You can only Reschedule a tour one time. If you reschedule more than once customer is suceptible to paying additional fees.

What If an individual decides to cancels while the tour is in progress?

If an individual decides to cancel during a tour, they do not qualify for a refund. However, if an individual falls ill during the tour they are allowed to get a partial refund if they decide to leave during the first 3 hours of the tour.

What do we do if we notice extra charges on our statment?

This rarely happens but if it does, contact us as soon as possible. If the mistake is our fault, we will give a one time 20% off credit for anyone you refer.
