Where do you pick up passengers?

We pick up directly at any location in Anaheim and Buena-Park.  When booking a tour, just specify your pickup location. For a private tour, the pickup location includes any location in Orange County.

Can I cancel?

Yes, canceling 24 hours before the tour is okay. For more information, please check-out our cancellation policy.

How soon should I book?

If you have decided to book a tour with our company, customers are required to book 48 hours in advance. If a customer does not book 48 hours in advance, they need to contact us over the phone . Booking ahead of time, allows us to adequately accommodate our customers and minimize scheduling conflicts.

How long is the tour?

The tour is 8 hours. For more details, select Grand Express Tour Packages from the Tour Packages tab above.

Will I receive a confirmation notice?

When you book online, you receive a confirmation email that confirms your booking(s) and the details of your tour(s). You should receive this email a few minutes after your booking. Bring your reservation number and a photo ID to the tour pick-up location. If you do not receive a confirmation please contact us.

What are the differences between Private and General Tours?

Private tours offer flexibility for groups and offer other customizable features. Tour location preference and location duration can be adjusted as pleased, as long as the location preference is in Los Angeles.
