- Grand Express Tours reserve the rights to cancel an advertised tour, decline to accept a reservation, and or remove a person from a tour if we feel they are a hazard to others around them. We prioritize the safety and general well-being of other tour members.
- Grand Express Tours reserve the rights to alter or modify with/without prior notice of the General tour package only if it improves operations.
- We rarely reschedule or cancel any tour departure but in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control (weather, road closure…). We will refund or reschedule your tour payment if this does happen.
- Grand Express Tours is not responsible for lost items, or expenses due to sickness, and other such causes. ( View Refund & Exchanges for details)
